How to setup HP Printer to print via the cloud?

On top of a working computer, it is important to obtain a well-equipped printer for your official use. HP is one of the trusted printer brands which are designed in a stylish way. Although HP Printer Support is known for smooth functioning, you might occasionally come across problems. When there are issues related to HP Printer Assistant, you should be able to detect and fix them with resources. For a similar scenario, you may need to set your printer to print documents via the cloud. There are two solutions to accomplish this task, either by using Google Cloud Print or HP Cloud.

In order to print your documents and pictures using cloud service, you may need to have an active internet connection. Google Cloud Print enables you to print over the internet from anywhere using your mobile phone or tablet. In addition, you can get print-outs through any printer using various Google web and mobile applications. It enables you to print right from your phone, effortlessly place an order for ink, and do more with your HP connected account. Before using the feature of internet or cloud printing, you are required to create a free, one time account with HP Connected. This helps you to get your HP printer’s email address before using Google Cloud Print to print documents. Then, you will need to use the printer’s email address to add it to your Google account. Therefore, in order to print over the web, you need to have a Google/Gmail account. For the HP Support Assistant, you will need to follow the steps mentioned below.

1 At first, make sure that your HP Printer Assistant is capable to print over the internet

and registered with HP Connected.

2 When you register your printer with HP Connected, you will get the printer’s email

address. If you have already created the account, continue to the next step.

3 Now, go to Google Cloud Print and sign in with your Google or Gmail account. If you do

not have a Google account, hit create an account to register and create a new account.

4 Next, you will need to enter your HP e-Print email address in the Email box and then

select Connect my printer.

5 Continue following the instructions on the screen to finish connecting your cloud-ready

HP Printer Support with Cloud Print.

However, if you have one of the HP Classic Printers which are not capable of e-print, the setup

process will be different. For this particular process, you will need to have Google Chrome web

browser installed on your computer.

1 Start by going to Google Cloud Print, and then click Add a Classic Printer.

2 You may need to sign in with your Google/Gmail account using your email and

password. If in case you do not have a Google account, you need to click Create an

account now for a new account.

3 Now, continue following the onscreen instructions to register and connect your classic

HP printer with Google Cloud Print.
